Initially I was with Glovers informally, locating new tenants for my rental property in Glen Eden with me being the "property manager/landlord".

Over time I decided that having my own full time job which demands over 50 hours a week and being a property manager of a property some distance from me was quite strenuous and dissatisfying for both the tenant and me - especially if there were issues to sort out. Sometimes I would be out of Auckland or I would get a call at night, or even calls that were not related to the rental property with the "I thought you would know".

So at the last tenant change a year ago I asked Glovers to become my property manager - best decision I have made in ages!!

The property is routinely inspected, the tenants contact Glovers not me, I get monthly statements of activities and payments (great for my tax returns), prompt contact if there is an issue with the property and contact prior to rental renewals.

So yes - I am very happy with the service I am getting.

She has a very personal but professional and efficient manner which inspires confidence, and she backs this up with outstanding service. I would like to provide feedback on my experience with Davinia Watson.

She was our property manager for 15 Nandana Drive until recently when we placed the house on the market. We have had several other managers over the past 2 1/2 years and I can say with ease she provided the most outstanding service. She was in constant contact when necessary and always provided clear and specific information on any issues as well as solutions and an outline of what measures she would take to attend to those issues. Being overseas this was extremely helpful and gave me confidence that things were being attended to and that our property was being maintained. I was able to receive the necessary information quickly and concisely through emails which saved considerable time and expense.

Besides being highly professional she was always extremely helpful and pleasant. She is very detailed oriented and addressed each question or concern specifically.

I honestly could not give her a higher recommendation. Her service exceeded my expectations. Her assistance during the time our property was tenanted as well as when it was placed on the market was in invaluable and very much appreciated. I wish her all the best and am certain she will continue to be very valuable to Glover.
