I have been using property managers for the last four years. About two years ago I moved to Glover Real Estate and for the last year Vicki Wright has been my property manager.
When I first met Vicki she gave the impression that she enjoyed the work and the challenges of being a property manager. I felt a confidence in placing my properties with her as she exhibited professionalism in her presentation and a friendly, but no nonsense attitude.
Vicki has lived up to this and has kept me up to date with events through phone calls. She has handled any issues promptly and with decisiveness. Where any repairs or remedial work has been required I have been kept informed and when requested, Vicki has organized the appropriate tradesmen to carry out the work.
I would be happy to recommend Vicki to anyone who is looking for a reliable property manager.

There is nothing more important to me at the moment than stopping to write a note of thanks to Lorraine. She has been a wonder. Over the last three years I have had the absolute pleasure of having Lorraine find tenants for a property in Green Bay, not just once or twice but four times. Each time Lorraine has found absolute gems of tenants and each time she has done so with speed and efficiency that has left me speechless. The longest period of time the property has been empty has been 4 days.
Lorraine is always prompt to return calls and keep us informed of progress. I have recommended her to friends and am totally delighted with the personal and professional attention she gives to her work.

1. She was very Positive with a Can-Do attitude.
2. She had already been to the house, even before we spoke to her.
3. She told us that it was a very good house and that we should not have any difficulty in finding a tenant.
4. She not only gave us the right advice in this tough environment but also found a good tenant for us within 3 weeks.
5. She did everything that she had promised.

I wanted to write to express my gratitude for your part in my new tenancy.
I appreciate and understand the difficulties dealing with people and the need to make positive and confident decisions with little information. It takes skill.
I wish to say that I felt blessed that you saw something in me that gave you the confidence to give this family a ‘home’.
As a tenant, I have learned the importance of a secure tenancy. To know that my property manager is only a phone call away and is someone I can trust, I feel secure, everyone is secure.
I have also been a home owner and a landlord, however I did not know then what I know now about property management. I would not hesitate to put my investment into your hands, knowing that my investment would definitely be protected.

I would like to tell you how pleased I am with the work that has been done on my rental property since I changed to Glover’s last year. There was a great deal of maintenance work to catch up on and I am very impressed with the consistent effort you have made in getting the work done.
I am delighted with the communication system – I find it very easy to get messages to you. Property Manager’s Assistant & Administrator, Nathaniel, always being available on the phone or by email has been a great help, since I have health problems which makes getting around difficult. It is really good to have a property manager who is friendly and competent, so that I do not have extra stress.

I wish to extend my gratitude for the excellent care that I am receiving from Lorraine Henderson.
Lorraine is managing my home rental while I am away overseas for an extended period and she has gone above and beyond the “Call of Duty”.
She has dealt with insurance claims (successfully), City Council and contractors on my behalf, (due to some unfortunate events.) Lorraine has always kept me up to date and informed via email and I have full trust in her handling of my home rental.
I specifically chose Glover’s to handle my property as I felt they had the best reputation in West Auckland and after my initial meeting with Lorraine I felt I made the right choice – and now after dealing with Lorraine over the past 18 months I KNOW I made the right choice.

The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge the competency of Lorraine Henderson, Property Manager of Glover Real Estate, New Lynn.
Our daughter and son in law had purchased a property in the Waitakeries in a beautiful location with two dwellings. They placed the two properties in the hands of the management section of Glover Real Estate and returned to England.
A defect in the main house was picked up during one of the three monthly inspections alerted the owners to take action. Our daughter and her husband found that dealing with Lorraine was very effective and helpful. By this stage being in New Zealand, we corresponded frequently with Lorraine who was willing to accompany both my wife and myself to attend a mediation meeting to resolve issues with the tenant.
Both my wife and I appreciate the help and consideration she gave to us during this stressful time and found her to be very approachable and competent.

When we decided to move to Sydney we already knew we wanted to keep our house here in NZ which meant we would need a property manager. We had heard all the usual stories about how hard it is finding someone good and trustworthy and were very wary of this. But we can honestly say Vicki has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has kept us informed all the way. Right from the start she was proactive in advertising our property and then finding us the right tenants. Vicki has been very easy to deal with and we feel we can rest assured knowing she will be managing our property while we are overseas. We would definitely recommend her.

We first met Vicki Wright of Glover Real Estate when inquiring about a rental property on Trade Me. Vicki’s response to my call and her prompt attention to showing us the property and being available for our questions were great. We didn’t know the area at all and she was knowledgeable about location and great with small details, including how to get there!
We loved the property from the start but had some issues with the timing of the tenancy. Vicki was hugely helpful in managing through that, without compromising her total commitment to the property owners.
There have been a couple of small maintenance queries since we have been there and Vicki has managed them promptly and kept in touch with us regularly.
It is our hope that we won’t be going anywhere else for some time, but we would be confident in Vicki’s ability to meet our future needs.
