The Section At “No 14 Otitori Bay Rd”

I wish to thank you most sincerely for assisting me with your invaluable advice on ‘not giving up’ on the challenges of creating No 14 Otitori Bay Rd. Yes, the deed has been done. The battle had been lost but now won. And, a new section has been created.
Well, to cut a very long story short, bypassing three years of trial and tribulation, I have eventually succeeded and I have created a new saleable (hopefully) section at No 14 Otitori Bay Rd - by means of a building infringement easement. Right from the start you mentioned an easement as a possibility, and you were spot on. After much council’ing, lawyer’ing and surveyor’ing, I eventually found some people who knew how to get creative, take some risks and solve the problem.
The section has also been assigned a street number, valued by QV, allocated a rates number and listed on councils database. It is now well and truly an entity in its own right.
So, as a token of my gratitude for your wisdom and suggestion of perseverance, I wish to present a small gift to you which I hope will intensely delight your taste buds.
This is a very special bottle of red wine and, although I am not an expert, I would like to take this opportunity to undertake an explanation of its character. An explanation of something that is, in truth, as unexplainable as is the reason why the experts could not fathom an easement.
This wine is particularly stylish, bright ruby red with very intense colour. Highly aromatic on the nose with hints of red and black autumn fruit aromas along with some toasted and spicy notes of sweet Bourbon. The palate adds bitter chocolate and spice. The ensemble is finely woven, with ripe but firm tannins providing a satisfying architecture.
The grapes were handpicked resulting in less skin abrasion and rupture than machine picked grapes. This is significant because the wine requires far less sulphur dioxide preservative added. This means you don’t get that headachy or hangover feel the next day.
A less romantic description, as John Cleese put it, could be – this bottle of plonk is best left on the shelf and only used in hand to hand combat... Until, of course, the time arrives for it to be consumed after extensive maturation. I am glad to say the wine has now reached that time, so you are welcome to bypass that suggestion and just pop the cork.

We spent close to 18 months searching for our ideal property in Titirangi, and during this time felt like we spoke to every real estate agent in the area with varying levels of service and expertise! Gillian Roberts took our search seriously, and took time out to meet with us, and showed us a variety of properties to both better understand our needs and likewise help us understand the range available.
